Keeping our bodies physically fit is a very important part of our overall health and wellness. With our personal training and fitness classes you will learn how to do a basic fitness routine that you can do in your home with little equipment. My sessions focus on assessing your needs and building a program tailored to your goals. We will also perform nutritional assessments, functional assessments and fitness assessments to determine your level of fitness. These assessments will help to build your program and teach you how to be more healthy and well!
